Esitelmäkutsu on auki!

Sosiologipäivien 2024 esitelmäkutsu on nyt auki ja työryhmät ottavat vastaan esitelmäehdotuksia. Esitelmäehdotukset voivat olla niin valmiita kuin työn alla olevia tutkimuksia, pro gradu -tutkielmia sekä yleisempiä keskustelunavauksia. Esitelmän pidosta kiinnostuneita pyydetään tutustumaan työryhmien kuvauksiin ja kohdentamaan abstraktinsa valitsemaansa työryhmään.

Call for papers is now open!

The call for papers for the Annual Sociological Conference 2024 is now open, and working groups are accepting paper proposals. Proposals can be either completed or ongoing research, master’s theses, or more general discussion topics. Those interested in presenting a paper are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the descriptions of the working groups and direct their abstract to their chosen group.

Työryhmähaku on auki!

Oletko halukas koordinoimaan työryhmää Sosiologipäivillä Kuopiossa 21.3.–22.3.2024?  Jos olet, lähetä ehdotuksesi 1.12.2023 mennessä Sosiologipäivien konferenssisihteerille osoitteeseen anuranto@uef.fi. Työryhmäehdotuksen pituus tulee olla noin 150–200 sanaa ja siitä tulee ilmetä työryhmän puheenjohtaja(t), otsikko, teema sekä yhteystiedot. Ilmoita myös työryhmän kieli, joka voi olla suomi, ruotsi, englanti tai näiden yhdistelmä. Työryhmät vahvistetaan 15.12.2023 mennessä.

// Would you like to coordinate a working group? Submit your proposal to the conference secretary, Anu Rantonen (anuranto@uef.fi) by 1st December, 2023. Working group proposals should be 150 to 200 words long and should mention the chair(s), title, theme and contact information. The working group language should also be mentioned, and may be Finnish, Swedish, English or a combination of these. Working groups will be confirmed by December 15th, 2023.

Sosiologipäivät 2024

Sosiologipäivät 2024 järjestetään Kuopiossa 21.–22.3.2024. Lämpimästi tervetuloa!

Vuoden 2024 teemana on Rajat, erot ja kohtaamiset. Päivien ohjelmaan kuuluu puheenvuoroja sekä työryhmiä teemaan liittyen. Lisätietoja tapahtumasta julkaistaan myöhemmin. Lue lisää teemasta.

The Annual Sociological Conference 2024 will be held in Kuopio on 21–22 March. Welcome!

The theme of the year is Borders, boundaries and encounters. The programme will include speeches and working groups connected to the theme. Further details will be announced later. Read more about the theme.
