For the student accommodation, 4-person bedrooms can be reserved from Omena Hotelli Jyväskylä. Reservations are available from Wednesday to Friday, and students may spend two nights in Jyväskylä, but staying for one night is also possible.
For reservations students should send a notification e-mail to the conference e-mail at: sosiologipaivat@jyu.fi. The headline of the message should be ”Omena Hotelli, your surname” (For example: Omena Hotelli Suuronen). The message should include:
- Your name and contact information
- How many nights and when you wish to stay
- Names of the persons with whom you want to share a room (max. 4 people / room)
The last day to make a reservation or to inform possible changes to an existing reservation is at 02/29/2016. Payment instructions will be sent after the reservation email has been send and the key code to the room will be provided after the room is paid in full.
On the day of arrival, guests may go straight into their rooms from 4 PM onwards using their door code without a check-in. On the day of departure, guests may leave the hotel without a check-out before noon. The door code will be active from the beginning of the reservation at 4 PM until the end of the reservation at noon.
If you arrive at Thursday and wish to store your baggage somewhere until you can enter the hotel room, a storage room will be provided where you can do so. More information for this will be provided closer to the event.
