Registration for the Sociological Conference 2024 is open!
Members can register by logging into the membership registry (instruction 1). If you are not a member but wish to join, see instruction (2) below. If you are not a member and wish to register for the conference without membership, see instruction (3) below.
Note! Registration for the dinner and welcome drink has closed (6.3.), but registration for the conference is open until the 12th of March.
1 INSTRUCTIONS FOR WESTERMARCK SOCIETY MEMBERS’ REGISTRATION
Participation fees for society members:
- Undergraduate or masters student, member of the Westermarck Society 0 €
- Doctoral researcher, member of the Westermarck Society 35 €
- Member of the Westermarck Society, other membership types 40 €
- Conference dinner 45 €
Log in with your credentials here. You can switch the language of the page from Finnish to English or Swedish from the top right corner. Select Events from the top menu. Choose your membership type (+DINNER) on the form and fill in the necessary information. You can pay the membership fee for 2024, conference registration fee, and dinner all at once. The invoice will be sent to your email. Remember to also check your spam folder.

As a member of the Westermarck Society, you can participate in the Sociological Conference at a discounted rate and receive a printed Sosiologia journal (4 issues/year) to read.
3 REGISTRATION FOR NON-MEMBERS
Participation fees:
- Undergraduate or masters student, non-member 40 €
- Doctoral researcher, non-member 95 €
- Other, non-member 125€
- Conference dinner 45 €
Register for the Sociology Days using this form. You can also register for the dinner on the same form. If you are attending the dinner, remember to select ’DINNER + registration fee’ from the menu. The invoice will be sent to your email. Remember to also check your spam folder.
