The conference dinner and evening celebration of the Sociological Conference will be held at the Snellmania hall of Scandic Kuopio on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Join us to enjoy delicious food, music, and excellent company amidst the stunning lakeside views of Kuopio! Beverages will be available for purchase at the self-service bar on site.
Note! In Kuopio, there are two Scandic hotels. The event is at Scandic Kuopio, not Scandic Atlas.
Dinner Ticket and Registration
The dinner ticket costs 45 euros, and registration for the dinner will be done as part of the conference registration process. Registration closes on March 6, 2024.

Scandic is located at Satamakatu 1, amidst the beautiful lakeside scenery near the city center. It’s approximately 4 kilometers from the university (Snellmania). The hotel offers free outdoor parking, and there are also free street parking spots nearby.
