Arriving at the Conference

The university is easily accessible by public transport, such as the Föli bus service. The nearest bus stop when arriving from the city center is on Hämeenkatu. The stop is called ”Yliopisto (TYKS U-SAIRAALA),” and it is served by bus lines 2, 2A, 2B, 2C, 50, 51, 54, and 55A.
Kupittaa railway station is only 1.7 kilometers from the campus.

Getting Around the Campuses
The event will take place on the campuses of the University of Turku and Åbo Akademi University. The plenary sessions, Thursday’s coffee break, the panel discussion, and the Westermarck Society’s spring meeting will be held at Natura on Yliopistonmäki, at Henrikinkatu 2 / Vesilinnantie 5, 20014 Turku. The working groups will take place at various locations on the campus, with exact locations provided in the abstract book.
Here, you can view the University of Turku campus map. The main venue (Natura) is building no. 2 on the map. Working groups will be held in buildings 6 (Aurum), 10 (Arcanum), 11 (Calonia), 12 (Educarium), and 13 (Publicum).
Here you can see the Åbo Akademi campus map. The working groups are located in buildings Å12/Å13 (Teol. Annexet Theologicum), Å18 (Arken), Å19 (ASA-huset), and Å20 (Aurum).
Parking
There are hourly charged (1,10 €/h) parking spaces reserved for short-term parking available on the University of Turku campus. You can find a picture of the visitor parking areas here.

There are several restaurants on the campuses of the University of Turku and Åbo Akademi where you can have lunch during the day.
